Τhe Kozatsa family has been making fashionable bespoke ladies’ shoes since 1936 when the founder George Kozatsas established the business. The younger generation has carried the business forward the last two decades and now the third generation has brought the luxury for custom-made, high-quality, hand-made ladies shoes to the Internet.
Normally we need 10 working days before we ship your shoes. It could take a bit longer depending on order backlog, order complexity and availability of special materials. Shipments take 2-3 working days within the EU and 5-7 working days in the rest of the world. You will be informed immediately if there is any deviation from the scheduled delivery time.
We have four price categories based on heel height and platform:
These are the end prices you will have to pay to us - there are no other extra or hidden costs for our normal mode of operation. For countries outside the EU please note that these prices do not include possible local taxes or other import duties – please consult your country’s tax authorities.
We ship all over the world with DHL.
The shipment fee depends on area and weight. You will get a quote during checkout before you commit yourself and confirm your order. The weight of your shoes will be also displayed. Most packaged shoes weigh about 1Kg.
No – we have a design library with hundreds of designs, types and forms. It would be very difficult to show them all in our site. If you can’t see what you want please contact us and we will provide the design you want.
No of course not. There is no room to display all available leathers, fabrics, skins and their combinations. We decided to display a range of the most popular ones. If you require something special please contact us and we will definitely find something to match your taste.
No. The available heel types and heights for every design are displayed at the bottom of the options page. You can select one of these combinations for your chosen design.
We make ankle boots as you can see in our site. Knee-high boots require you to come to our premises for accurate measurement of calf and ankle sizes.
You can return your unworn and unused shoes within 15 days from delivery and we will fully refund your money. In the unlikely event that you don’t like your new custom-made shoes and you wish to return them please make sure you only try them on a carpet and you do not otherwise scratch them. We will not accept worn, scratched or damaged shoes. If your shoes are of different sizes in every foot, then we will charge you a €50 re-stocking fee.
We work with European (EU) sizing. Our range covers sizes 35 – 42 including all the half sizes in between. If you are accustomed in a different sizing format we provide here a quick way to measure your feet and convert to EU sizing.
There is absolutely no problem to make your shoes wider or narrower than normal provided you infrom us about it upon placing your order. Any additional information you provide us with, regarding your specific needs will help us make your shoes better. Also in our Measure Your Size page you can find instructions on how to measure the width of your feet. However, since shoe measurement can be tedious and sometimes complex we recommend, you have your feet measured by your local professional. Of course we can! Most people have different sized feet and they usually opt for the smaller size – damaging in this way their feet. We can make your shoes any size you want, so we have made available different Left-Foot and Right-Foot options for your order.
In this case please contact us and for a small extra cost we will make a special shoe last for you which will be used for all your future orders. (A shoe-last is a special mold made of wood upon which the shoe is manufactured).

Now this is a tough one. Colours depend on several parameters such as photographic equipment, ambient light, file compression, computer screens – to mention but a few. We will do our best to match your colour requirements as closely as possible. In case you have special colour requirements please contact us and we will instruct you how to best approach your particular needs.
